6W Silver Aluminum COB Up-and-Down Waterproof Outdoor Wall Sconce
Our Verdict
I recently installed the 6W Silver Aluminum COB Up-and-Down Wall Sconce to refresh the lighting around my porch area. After testing its performance through a few rainy nights, it is clear this fixture is designed for both style and resilience.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality is impressive, featuring a solid silver aluminum housing that feels far more premium than plastic alternatives. Because it is IP65 rated, I had no concerns about mounting it in an exposed area where it faces direct exposure to the elements and water jets.
Day-to-Day Experience
Installation was straightforward, requiring minimal tools to get the fixture mounted and sealed against the wall. The COB technology produces a crisp, uniform beam that illuminates both upwards and downwards, creating a sophisticated accent effect that looks fantastic once the sun goes down.
This light is ideal for DIYers and homeowners looking to add a modern, professional-looking touch to their exterior walls without a complex electrical overhaul.
Final Thoughts
I am giving this sconce a perfect 5/5 rating because it balances durability, design, and affordability perfectly. At a price point of $39.00, it is an easy recommendation for anyone looking to improve their home's curb appeal.
